After playing many, instead of reviewing and rating all of them, we just chose the games we consider unmissable among those that, due to their design and playability, an escape room player would probably like.

Killer Escape 1, 2 & 3 (Escape del Asesino 1, 2 y 3)

When you play an escape room, decoration, story, characters, integrated puzzles, etc., can make you achieve a really immersive sensation, leading you to forget that you have a life out there and there is more world outside the room. Something unreachable by a mobile game… or maybe not.

How to get a mobile game to be immersive? With such a brilliant idea: the game itself consists in using a phone. The app emulates a smartphone you found in a street, belonging to a killer who intends to kill someone. You will have to investigate his messages, his e-mails… Finding out who is the victim, warning it and saving its life will be in your hands.

A good story, a very acceptable playability, and a rather high difficulty. You can get hints by allowing ads or getting the pro version. Available in English and Spanish.

A very original game, in which the immersion (especially in some moments you will really feel being part of the story) is the highlight. It is possible to appreciate the evolution of the author: the second game is noticeably better, but it is worth playing both. We recommend to play them in order.

Killer Escape 2 (Escape del Asesino 2): Android

Killer Escape 3 (Escape del Asesino 3): Android

Rime Escape Game

A classic escape room mobile game: first-person view of a room, with objects to find, riddles to solve and locks to open. But amazing in every aspect: 3D graphics, excellent playability and very nice puzzles. The mechanics are the most similar to being locked in a real escape room. You can get hints by allowing ads.

With no doubt, an unmissable game.

Cube Escape: Paradox

A very, very complete game. It’s a long game, with varied and entertaining puzzles, hidden achievements and alternate endings. An incredible playability and 2D graphics. After the game ends, you can watch a 18-minutes video with real actors recreating the whole story.

It’s part of the Rusty Lake saga, and it has several references to previous games. As for the rest of the titles, they are all good in general, but we must highlight Seasons and Birthday.

It has two chapters, the first one is free and it’s the main one. Playing only the first chapter will not leave you unsatisfied, but if you like it, we recommend you to purchase and play the second one, also of great quality, which extends and complete the story.
